Check in is 4:00PM. Check out is 10:00AM. (Eastern Standard Time)
HOW DO I GET KEYS?
All of our properties have electronic locks or lock boxes so that entry can be gained 24/7. Please keep in mind that all electronic locks are set to open at 4:00PM on the day of check in unless prior arrangements have been made through the Reservations Center. Seven (7) days prior to arrival you will receive your check in information, including door codes, via email. Please remember to PRINT your check in details and bring them with you as they contain critical information you will need during your vacation stay.
WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
All linens and bath towels are provided, as well as, coffee maker, iron, toaster, blender and standard essential items. A starter set of items is provided for your convenience including (1) roll of toilet paper per bathroom, (1) trash bag, (1) packets of dishwasher soap, (2) kitchen towels and (1) roll of paper towels. Please remember to bring beach towels or purchase them once you get there as the bath towels are not permitted to leave the property. Other items you may want to purchase once you arrive would be laundry soap, dishwashing liquid, kitchen sponge, additional toilet paper and paper towels.
IS THERE INTERNET OR WIFI IN MY RENTAL?
Each property is different so please check with your Reservations Team Member to make sure you have the specific requirements that you may need. Most of our properties provide FREE Wi-Fi access. About 7 days prior to arrival you will receive an email from Palmetto Getaways with check in instructions that will contain Wi-Fi access information and any username and password information. Please keep in mind that while Wi-Fi services are complimentary it does not guarantee Wi-Fi strength one may be accustomed to at home. Services may be sporadic, intermittent or not available during your stay due to weather conditions, service provider issues or construction in the area. Palmetto Getaways cannot be held responsible in the event services are not available anytime during your stay.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We do have many pet friendly (dogs only, no cats at this time) properties. Please check with your Reservation Team Member in the event you want to bring your pet to make sure the property you're interested in is pet friendly. Owners may have their pets with them at any time as they are registered with the resort so you may see pets in a resort that is not listed as Pet Friendly. Violators will be asked to leave and no refunds will be made.
DO YOU RENT TO STUDENTS AND/OR GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25?
Palmetto Getaways has many "student friendly" (under age 25) properties. All groups under the age of 25 must contact Palmetto Getaways directly at email@example.com or by calling 843-901-6200 in order to reserve a property. Please note that online bookings for underage groups will not be honored. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction and loss of all monies paid.
