Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and post marked at least 90 days prior to arrival date to receive all monies back minus $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival date, then no refund will be returned unless unit is re-rented at the full price of rent. If unit is re-rented, a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be returned.

Rules: There is No house parties at any point of time during your stay permitted.
