Our 2 bedroom townhouse rental in Hilton Head Island, SC features comfy furnishings and facilities such as VCR and TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full size bath, located in the hallway. The wrap-round porch has a great view of the 7th Tee of the 9 hole Galleon Golf Course, which is one of the three in Shipyard Plantation. The recently remodeled living room at this Hilton Head Island vacation townhouse near beach has a pull out sofa and an entertainment center with a DVD player. The two double glass doorways provide an easy access to the patio. The new dining room set has seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen has all of the conveniences of home plus a breakfast nook. Enjoy our large, private wrap-around deck with covered porch, patio furniture, gas grill and a great view of the golf course, palm trees and live oak. Grab your beach towels and take a five minute walk to the new Shipyard Beach Club and a deck which has access to endless miles of Beach. The shared community pool is just a few steps away. There are about 23 Golf Courses and 300 tennis courts near our vacation townhouse on golf course in Hilton Head Island. There is over 50 miles of public pathways for walking, jogging and bicycling, plus numerous water sport activities. Within two miles are Coligny Plaza and Beach Market for entertainment, restaurants, unique shops and grocery supplies.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 30. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $200.There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
